If you have received a wrong or faulty item, please provide an unboxing video of the product from start to end (without any cuts) within 24hrs of receiving your delivery and submit your enquiry at alpyatotes@gmail.com or @alpya.in on Instagram. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your Opening Video and will continue to Exchange the product,
