Returns & Exchange Policy — Alpya
At Alpya, orders can only be cancelled or refunded before production begins or before the order is shipped. Once the preparation of your customized bag has started or it has been dispatched, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not possible.
As all our bags are custom-made, we do not offer returns. However, we do provide an exchange policy under specific conditions.
Exchange Eligibility
We only offer exchanges in the following cases:
• Received a damaged product
• Received the wrong product
To request an exchange, an uncut unboxing video at the time of delivery is mandatory. Requests without this proof will not be accepted.
Exchange Process
Once approved, the replacement will be completed within 7 working days.
